Hi, I’m Wayne Wu. I build software and write about what I learn along the way.

This is my personal corner of the internet—a place for project notes, technical deep dives, and observations from everyday life. My interests span product development, engineering, AI, and the small details that make software useful and enjoyable.

What you’ll find here

Most posts start with something I’m working on or trying to understand: a problem that took longer than expected, a tool worth exploring, or an idea I wanted to test by building it.

I share the process behind the result—the decisions, trade-offs, and things I’d do differently next time. You’ll also find occasional notes on life beyond the screen.

Why I write

Writing helps me make sense of what I’ve learned and keep a record I can return to. Publishing it gives those lessons a chance to be useful to someone else.

Some posts are detailed guides. Others are thoughts still taking shape. This site has room for both.
